About 12 years ago I was trying to sell my home in the Central Florida area. I tried to do it myself but found I did not have the time to dedicate to the integral job of selling my real estate. I ran into a realtor and asked what he could do for me if I were to ask him to list my property.
We had an informal conversation and he left it to me to decide whether or not I wanted to use him. The next day, I found a package on my front door with all of the CMA information for my area. He had done a little homework and given me the information that he found. There were things that I never even considered about my location! Needless to say, we spoke again that evening and I asked him to draw up a contract to list my property.
After I sold that property, I bought another using the same REALTOR®. I even bought another one with him and sold the second property we bought...
